AeroLuxe Terms of Use
Effective September 22, 2026.
Operator: AeroLuxe LLC, doing business as AeroLuxe ("AeroLuxe," "we," "us").
Contact: privacy@aeroluxesupport.com.
1. Scope and agreement
These Terms govern aeroluxesupport.com and authorized access to AeroLuxe Command, including its maintenance workspace, client portal, reports and related tools (together, the "Service"). Sections about accounts, records and in-app workflows apply when you use those features. The Service is intended for professional aviation use. You must have legal capacity to enter an agreement and authority to act for any organization you represent. Your organization's separate written agreement with AeroLuxe controls if it conflicts with these Terms on the same subject. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.
Submitting a website inquiry does not confirm a booking, price, dispatch, availability or authorization to begin work. Our team must confirm the scope and commercial terms separately. Website descriptions, illustrations and interactive experiences are general information and do not establish a capability or approval for a particular aircraft. AeroLuxe is not a Part 145 repair station; manpower assistance to a Part 145 operation remains subject to that operation's authorization and procedures.
2. Aviation responsibilities
The Service organizes entered data and supports maintenance planning and coordination. Its alerts, counters, due dates, virtual logbooks, compliance indicators, readiness checks, reports and recorded acknowledgments depend on available data and configuration. They may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect.
The Service does not itself certify airworthiness, approve maintenance, authorize dispatch, provide a regulatory release to service or establish that a person holds the necessary authority. An in-app sign-off or recorded certificate reference is not, by itself, a verified electronic signature or proof of certification. A green status or absence of an alert does not establish that an aircraft is safe or legally permitted to operate.
You remain responsible for verifying current aircraft identity, configurations, counters, source records, applicable directives, approved maintenance instructions, deferrals and operating requirements. Qualified and authorized personnel must make the required maintenance and operational decisions. Maintain required original records and an independent means of accessing essential information during an outage. Do not use the Service as the sole basis for a safety-critical decision.
3. Accounts, permissions and confidentiality
Use only access issued or approved for you. Protect your passwords, devices and private access links; do not forward an access link without the administrator's authorization. Notify the operator promptly if access may have been compromised. Your permissions may limit viewing, editing, sharing or administration. A read-only partner role may still allow access to the internal workspace; client access is separately limited to assigned aircraft and approved shared materials.
Access does not give you permission to disclose another person's confidential, proprietary or personal information. Workspace administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access and approving client disclosures. Information you download, print, export or share outside the Service must be protected separately.
4. Your records and uploads
You retain the ownership and other rights you hold in the records, documents, photos and other material you submit. You grant AeroLuxe a limited license to host, store, back up, reproduce, format and display that material as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the Service, including disclosure to your authorized users and service providers. This license does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising use.
Submit only information you are authorized to provide, with any notices or permissions required for personal information, aircraft records and third-party material. Enter accurate source references and correct errors through the appropriate documented workflow. Do not falsify compliance, technician identities, certificate references or maintenance history. Rights in manufacturer imagery, public-source photographs, trademarks and other third-party material remain with their respective owners; displaying an image does not grant you rights to reuse it elsewhere.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service unlawfully; access another user's records without authorization; bypass access controls; distribute malware; interfere with the Service; probe security without permission; or upload content that infringes another person's rights. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details, government identity documents or other sensitive information unrelated to the maintenance workflow. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to the operator.
6. External information and services
The Service may retrieve public aircraft information, aircraft photographs and regulatory publications. These sources may be unavailable, outdated or inaccurate. Aircraft lookup can send the entered registration to the lookup provider. Manufacturer model photos are representative images and may not show the actual aircraft, livery or installed configuration. Always verify identity and applicability against authoritative records.
External services, including website hosting, form delivery, fonts, sign-in, aircraft lookup and linked websites, have their own terms and privacy practices. No affiliation, endorsement, authorized vendor integration or live synchronization should be inferred from a logo, reference, import tool or link. A separate vendor subscription or authorization may be required for a particular integration.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the Service's handling of personal information, account data, records, uploads, activity history and third-party requests. These Terms do not replace any separate data-processing or confidentiality agreement applicable to your organization.
8. Availability, access changes and termination
We may maintain, update or change the Service, and may suspend or revoke access to address security concerns, misuse, loss of authorization, legal requirements or the end of an applicable agreement. We will provide reasonable notice when practicable, except where urgent action is needed. You may stop using the Service and ask your administrator to disable your access.
Availability, uninterrupted operation and successful recovery from every failure are not guaranteed. Arrange any needed export before access ends where practicable. Disabling an account or revoking a link does not automatically erase records, audit history, backups or copies previously exported. Retention and requests concerning personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. Fees, service levels and commercial commitments apply only as stated in a separate written agreement.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any separate written agreement, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs or third-party data are complete, accurate or suitable for a particular aircraft or regulatory purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AeroLuxe is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct or death or personal injury. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Contact privacy@aeroluxesupport.com first so we can attempt to resolve a concern. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.
11. Changes and general provisions
We will identify updated Terms by their effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes through the Service or an available contact channel. Where required, we will obtain agreement to changes before they take effect. Changes do not retroactively resolve an existing dispute or remove non-waivable rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver. Provisions that by their nature need to survive the end of access, including confidentiality, applicable rights in records and lawful liability limitations, survive. Questions about these Terms should be sent to privacy@aeroluxesupport.com.
